This policy provides general guidance for phone-based food orders. Final eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Call immediately if you need to cancel. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible because food is made for a specific order.
Order Changes
Requested changes are subject to availability and timing. Additional charges may apply. Changes are not confirmed until acknowledged by the order representative.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact the order line promptly after receiving the order. Be ready to provide the order name, approximate time, items affected and a clear description of the issue.
Quality Concerns
Quality concerns will be reviewed reasonably. Depending on the facts, a replacement, store credit, partial refund or other resolution may be offered. A specific outcome is not guaranteed.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays caused by traffic, weather, demand or circumstances outside reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider or financial institution.
How to Request Assistance
Call the order line as soon as possible. Requests submitted long after delivery may be harder to verify.
